How Payment Works

When you choose a paid plan, you won't be asked to enter card details on the site. Instead:

1. You select the plan you want.
2. A payment request is sent to the email on your account, with instructions for completing it.
3. Once payment is confirmed, your plan activates and you can start running campaigns right away.

Renewals for the following period work the same way -- a fresh payment request each period rather than an automatic charge.

If you don't receive the payment request, or the email on file is wrong, reach out and it'll be sorted out directly.
