Terms of Service

Last updated: August 10, 2026

1. Who this agreement is with

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you ("Client," "you") and Faiz Ullah, an individual operating as "Lead Engine" ("we," "us"), governing your use of the Lead Engine platform.

2. What the service does

Lead Engine discovers, qualifies, verifies, and delivers business leads to you based on the criteria you provide (categories, region, and other targeting settings). Every delivered lead passes through our review process -- automated for clear-cut cases, reviewed by a person for anything ambiguous -- before it reaches your dashboard. Leads are sourced from publicly available information (including Google Maps listings and business websites); we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any lead's data, and you should independently verify contact details before relying on them for outreach.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you register. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or are used in violation of these Terms.

4. Free trial

New accounts activate on a free trial (currently 10 qualified leads) with no payment required to start. One free trial is permitted per business, email address, and business email domain -- we may decline or revoke trial access we reasonably believe is a duplicate or abusive signup.

5. Paid subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed per billing period (monthly). Choosing a paid plan does not charge you automatically: we send a payment request through Payoneer to the email on your account, and your plan activates once that payment is confirmed. No card or bank details are collected or stored by this platform. At the start of each new billing period, we send a fresh payment request the same way -- nothing is charged automatically without a new request being paid. Lead quotas and pricing for each plan are shown in your dashboard and on our pricing page at the time of purchase, and may change with notice for future billing periods.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time from your client dashboard ("Cancel Subscription") or by contacting us at faiz.mech.20@gmail.com. Cancelling stops future billing -- you keep access to your current plan for the rest of the period you've already paid for, and you will not be sent another payment request.

Refunds: if you request a refund before we have started any campaign work for a paid period, you will receive a full refund for that period. Once a campaign has started for that period, that period's payment is non-refundable, though you keep full access to what you paid for through the end of the period.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use leads and any contact information we provide in compliance with applicable law, including anti-spam and telemarketing regulations (such as CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CASL, or equivalent regulations in your jurisdiction) and data protection law where applicable. You may not resell, redistribute, or bulk-publish delivered lead data as a standalone product. You may not use the service to scrape, harvest, or re-export data at a scale or in a manner that violates these Terms or applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

The Lead Engine platform, software, and branding are our property. Leads delivered to you may be used for your own business development and outreach purposes for the business associated with your account.

9. Disclaimers

The service, and all leads delivered through it, are provided "as is." We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, response rate, or conversion from any lead. Verification checks confirm structural signals (such as a resolvable email domain or a reachable website) -- they do not guarantee mailbox deliverability, that a phone number is currently in service, or that a business is still operating.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost business opportunities resulting from inaccurate or outdated lead data. [This section requires legal review to match applicable law in your jurisdiction.]

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan. [Flagged for confirmation, not yet lawyer-reviewed: this is the standard, lowest-friction choice for an individual seller operating without a registered company -- it's your home jurisdiction, so there's no separate legal system to engage if a dispute ever needed resolving. For a subscription of this size, formal disputes are rare in practice regardless of the jurisdiction named here.]
