How a Lead Gets Qualified
Last updated August 14, 2026
When a campaign runs, here's roughly what happens to each business before it's ever shown to you:
- Search. Businesses matching your chosen category and location are found.
- Website and contact check. Each business's online presence is checked for real signals -- does it have a website, a working contact method, and enough of an established presence to be a legitimate business.
- Fit scoring. The business is checked against your specific goal -- for example, if your goal is website design, we're looking for businesses with a real gap in that area (no site, or a weak one), not just any business.
- Review. Every lead is reviewed before delivery -- for clear-cut cases, this happens automatically; for anything more ambiguous, a person takes a look. Either way, the decision and the reasoning are recorded, so it's never a black box.
- Delivery. Once a lead clears review, it's added to your workspace with the evidence attached.
If a business doesn't clearly show the gap your service fixes, or turns out to already be a company selling the same kind of service you do, it won't be delivered to you as a lead.
