What 'Pending Review' Means
Last updated August 14, 2026
When you see a lead marked Pending Review, it means our system hasn't finished making a final call on it yet.
Here's the short version of how that works: when a lead is found, it's checked against your goal's criteria. If the signals are clearly strong, it's approved right away. If a lead clearly doesn't hold up, it's set aside and never reaches your workspace. Everything in between gets a closer, manual look before it's approved -- this is what "Pending Review" means.
This isn't a sign anything is wrong. It's the system being careful rather than guessing. Once reviewed, a lead either moves forward to your workspace or is set aside with a reason attached -- either way, you're never left wondering what happened to it.
